I doubt it's anything but a joke. Buuuut this COULD be a hint towards dragons.
You know that the Land of the Dragons only works if you are playing with dragon-rider sims and the new dragons. You can't just have any old sim go into a world of dragons because they'd get eaten. You need to be a dragon-handling expert first.
