I saw that and i still think it's a hint. Maybe it's a pack inspired by Inspecter Clouseau. Mystery, hints, heists, and France. There were rumors about a French pack before, maybe this is it.

This also reminds me of Sherlock's pipe, perhaps a mystery pack set in a French inspired world is afoot!
I think it would be quite fun to have a pack with a romantic theme, lots of new jewelry, and some nefarious cat burglary going on. Don't really expect it, but would still be fun.
