But then it says their all mages... I am not very versed in Sims Community or followed any releases for Sims 4. But I've heard about Maxis having a gallery and people mentioned he may be uploaded. I'm not good in CAS but I really want to have my only household be this 'Newt Scamander' looking sim when RoM comes out (he is after all wearing RoM exclusive clothes and a RoM hair)

Even small background characters from trailers tend to make it into the game, either as an NPC or on the Gallery. Given his popularity and the fact that he's front and center in the trailer and box art (ala Nalani), he'll undoubtedly exist in some official form.

You will for sure be able to get your hands on this Sim if not through one that comes with the expansion, then in the Gallery. I am 100% sure someone will make em ;)

Nalani is the mermaid of Island Living. In trailers she is voiced by same girl who voices Moana in that Disney animated movie! So she is included in Island Living as NPC that shows up randomly on lots. I can't test it myself as I don't have Island living yet.

Nalani is in manage household menu. It's quite easy to meet her in your game, and not only on Sulani isles. And of course, you can move her on a playable lot, like any other family.

BTW, I think "Newt" might be one of the Sages.

maybe it was the little smirk or smile that was given idk aha i got it !!!! ... an evil >:) female twin is out there somewhere and that's where his quest begins {where is my long lost twin?} i'm sure of it :D {HAhaha}

No he can't be using a premade to showcase a pack then make him an unplayable (without getting them to move in) NPC seems insanely illogical
