I want to second the votes for University. A resort theme would be great too. I do not want anything more to do with children, babies or toddlers at least for a very long while. Have been playing them lately and omg just too much stuff for them in my opinion. They could have put in just half of that and it would have been fine with me. Just seems like overkill for a life stage they just spend so little time in unless aging is shut off.
