Personally, if a seaside theme pack was to be added, I'd rather something like this:

You've already got a hot, tropical jungle destination in Selvadorada. It's time for an unpleasantly English, gothic seaside town. Or maybe somewhere wintery. What about an Aussie alpine getaway?
Though, I wouldn't be surprised if there was to be a pool/beach stuff pack added.
