Bands and music should definitely be well-done and get a lot of detail. However, it doesn't mean it should get its own pack. It could easily fit into a Fame pack. We don't know much about the new pack yet and still have to see its features, but I can't imagine that the whole EP would only include a fame system, acting, whatever the heck an "influencer" career is and a new world.
"Influencer' career is probably going to be another thing added to the Sim PC. Oh great, more computer uses for this game.
