No Lottery?
I've had Seasons since just after launch and in the multiple saves I have played in, I've never gotten the Lottery "holiday". Is it just me or have any of you and is it due to something wrong in my ga...

Lottery has a relatively long cool down, and also only shows up on Wednesday's I believe. Do you have wednesday's locked down with other holidays frequently, because if you do, you won't get the lottery hardly at all because of it. I made sure to clear wednesdays completely so no scheduled holidays fall on them.
There is also a mod that reduces the cooldown so it can happen more often, otherwise it is a ridiculously long period between it's appearance. Even with the mod, I only see the lottery about twice a year (with season length of 3 weeks).
