Hello there!
No modelling. But I thought they had film directing, which I was hoping you could make your own mini movies, for the TV to show what you filmed and etc. I personally haven't purchased the expansion, even though I want to. I didn't see much about bill boards, and modelling, and stuff on magazines- if they have magazines. Closest you could get to modelling, is probably personalised photography, but you would be stuck with the default clothes that come with the game and other packs/expansions. I suppose it depends what sort of modelling you would be interested in.
Thinking about it now, how they could have catwalks and all that. It might be a bit too risqué for certain models for underwear, but there could be advertisement in game about when a movies you made is premiering, advertising a fun but serious new brand called 'Dag Llama'. I wanted to do more with the expansion, but a review on YouTube ruined my expectations. :(
