No more Custom Music folder?-SOLVED

You have to start the game and then place a stereo or wall speaker (I think), then the Custom Music folder generates, but it's empty, then as you play the different genres on a stereo it generates the folders for that genre. So for example if you play jazz it will then generate a jazz folder inside the custom music folder and so on for each genre.
