No rumors, Guru teasers, leaks or anything regardin the next DLC?
I think it's weird not knowing anything about it.

I noticed that too! So it's possible it's just a coincidence and one was replying to the other, or it could be a hint. But since I have no idea what those hints would be "hinting" at I have no speculations.
Probably another fitness pack, eating cakes and goodies, you get fat ...... so you will need the GET FIT pack. All about BMI, counting calories, weight management, eating lean and clean.
I seriously would not be surprised one little bit.
My mind immediately went to Bed & Breakfasts (but I'm not sure if it's a hint though..). I've thought about things that have never been done before in the Sims and running a hotel from your home is one of them. It could be an exciting play on the hotel-theme that many people have been asking for, imo!
