It could be anything. The bed itself could be corrupted,the sim,the patch could have broken the bed woohoo interaction. If it's the sim try resetting them. Also move them out of the house and back in and see if that helps. Try replacing the bed and see if that works.
Na sadly cat that didnt work for me i had this issue a few days ago and tried all of that! The option to woohoo randomly popped up again on its own. Its annoying!
Then it must be a patch issue much like ask to leave no longer shows when sims visit so your stuck with them.
