I find that, in general, any Sims that have jobs adjust their wake up time to about two hours before they have to go to work.
But I do have Sims who have a tendency to wake up so ridiculously early that I often send them to bed again.
I've never encountered Sims waking up several times in a single night though (except a toddler with nightmares).
