Here's how I took care of my vampire problem.
First thing I did was KILL Vlad the Simpaler. Next I went to kill the other 2 vampires.
Then Monica managed to give birth to who is now the only vampire in my game. Odd thing is that the father was an alien.
No more unwanted visitations or the game bugging out and having Bram Stoker's Simpula visiting my sims anyway and drinking all their plasma.
