How would your sim live, like what would you put in the house and help fill their needs? Example; Cooking Lights Entertainment Etc... I know the waterfall and swimming in the beach fills hyg...

Antidotes/Medicine:
Medicine from medicine cabinets mod.
Self-made medicine via herbalism skill mod.
If you don't like mods you can also set up a pharmacy/drugstore/alchemist's shop that sells these things (GTW).
Writing:
CC typewriters here and here - Hopefully they are updated to work without power, and made usable for any non-internet/gaming tasks.
CC Notebooks/Manuscripts:
Currently broken, but maybe the Off-the-Grid patch will inspire a fix.
You can make raw recipes like salads, fruit salads, parfait and nigiri as long as you have a counter and the ingredients in your inventory, but yes, options will be limited without stoves/fridges. I believe the BG wood-burning stove and matching "icebox" fridge work OTG though.
