It doesn't seem like something a pregnant sim would wear; not comfy at all. Maybe not for the larger sims either, but I think it looks fab on a slim sim.

It's definitely not a chastity belt lol, it would be missing some essential parts.

If I had a pretty sari, I would be happy to wear that belt with it.
