This is such an entertaining thread. Never encountered nasty notes in uni in sims 4 or 3, so maybe I need to go live wherever that happens as I was in mass dorms in 4.
That dirty dishes note was hilarious. Probably better than my idea of a solution which would be to dump their dirties on their bed.
