Had a teen sim die from laughing on her birthday. She blew out the candles on her cake, went from feeling playful, to hysterical, couldn't calm down and died in the restaurant. Now, if you see your sim feeling very playful, get them to a mirror quick! Calm them down before they become hysterical. Another trick is to buy medicine from the nearest computer and have them drink it right away.
