Actually, the more I thought about what you said, the more I recalled what I did with Erik back in Sims2. There was no singing, if I recall correctly, and so therefore no chance for his musical career. I had him run and win for Mayor. LOL He never married, either, which is sad in my mind, because he's such a Family Sim. And I was too afraid of Boolprop at that time, I never even thought about mods. And I really never used cheats. I was just starting out in gaming, afterall. ;)
And I will follow the steps provided in the YouTube video linked above to separate the latest Save As gaming session so I can put it into a separate Sims4 folder marked VANILLA. I may even test RTF and the two small mods I have to see if all is well, after the patch. Once MCCC has been updated, I will add that into the mix. Either way, the current save will be backed up and safeguarded, you can be certain about that. Once I know what's going on, I will continue on with the backed-up version and go from there. What a ride this has been already. I'm exhausted.
