The lot that has the lot icon that I’ve never seen before. Also looks like the lot that was mentioned in the blog post that said it was a market.
The market can definitely be a top, center space for the community! What strategies did you use to create a cohesive and inviting atmosphere that encourages community interaction throughout the market?
But I feel like if we had a new lot type, they would’ve mentioned it so it’s making me second-guess myself.

I have been looking at the new map. There are 3 things I noticed
- new crown icon next to the world name. Is this some UI feature to see who rules a kingdom aka world? Are there any settings per kingdom which we can change
- Dembele has lot icons that I don't recognise. One looks like a sun and moon and is probably the new lot type that switches between day and night. But what is the other lot type on one of the 30x20 lot in Dembele?
- two neighborhoods have a 2 units label. I assume this will be apartments. Similar to Eco Lifestyle we seem to be getting a some apartments outside of san mychuno. It's also very nice for people without for rent to see apartments return.
Anyone else notice one of the icons of the reveal with the parchment in the new world trailer? I wonder if the other two symbols will also be present in the world in the other neighborhoods.
In general the map gives Mediterranean vibes with southern European influences north of the water and African influence south. I hope some of the ware can be used for swimming and boats. In general the map looks very pretty. But it feels like these should have been two seperate worlds: one European inspired and one African world. The African theme feels so different from what we already have, I think it would have deserved to be it's own world with 2 or 3 neighborhoods.
I like Bellacorde best cause of it's beautiful gardens and romantic theme.
Also that waterfall I hope its accessible.

I'm going to enjoy incorporating my African gameplay and families into the world. I have a sim whose last name is Dembele' (a real West African sir name). It is nice to see a neighborhood named "Dambele".
There are several Royal African Families in my gameplay.
I'm loving all the neighborhoods, but Bellacorde is the one I'm most looking forward to. I've been dreaming of another world or neighborhood that can be used to expand Tartosa. Tartosa is my favorite, but the story I use it for feels a little hemmed in with so few lots. Even if I only use it like a city center, with a ristorante or two and a couple other community lots that would be wonderful.

Was it me? Or did the description mentions "Rowdy pirates and educated Nobles."? Cause I though it fits perfectly with the Caribbean theory, because most simmers think that Verdemar is Grecian islands or maybe Iberian Peninsula (Cause Mediterranean is like a dry climate).

I like the world. The neighbourhoods look awesome. I like the architecture of the neighbourhoods and the style. I especially like Bellacorde. The romantic mediterreanian vibes. It is sad though that there are no beachfront lots. And I don‘t know what to think that the palace lots are 50x50 and not 64x64. That doesn’t leave much room for a yard.

Nice to see some larger lots! But wished there were more.
