I tried once. Problem is, I get bored using the same sim for long stretches of time, especially if they're the only sim in the household. I gave up on the challenge within the first day of starting it.
My sim has had children, grandchildren. Her first relationship, that she completed the soulmate aspiration with, was a lady townie from windenburg. After she passed, we did the other romance aspiration and had multiple boyfriend and girlfriends before settling down to have kids. Her last group of kids had just moved out with her grandchildren right before I took a break from playing her. It's really up to you if your sim is the only sim in the household. Actually, until you do the family aspirations, then you have to have kids.
That's true. Had I continued it I probably would have moved in my sim's SO. Although I don't think that would have extended the lifespan of the challenge by much. I'd completed almost all of the aspirations beforehand in different saves with multiple sims, so another part of it was it was just "been there, done that" to me, I suppose.
