I've also noticed that Sims seem to be way more angry when they're in the city. Like in my normal Willow Creek game play I've maybe seen Mortimer stomping around angry a couple of times but when I see him in the city he's constantly angry and it seems to be like that for a lot of residents and tourists that I've come across. They're almost always angry lol.
