Small business growing into a chain/franchise?

I try to understand the two new business lot options.

Residential (Small Business) is obvious the lot category that allows you to run a seperated home business on your home lot.

Small Business Venue (Small Business) lot category is a different kind of community lot that is owned by your sim. I assume we can choose to run our small business away from home.

Now I wonder if we can actually run a chain of our business, spread over many lots?

They did not open this tab in the gameplay video, but it looks like we can add he same business concept/set up to multiple lots. Even if there is a limit to how many lots, there ought to be more than 1, and even 3 lots will be a chain of similar businesses. When my sim has built a successful business it will be time to expand!

I think this might add to the fun :)
