Open Neighborhood Rather than Open World

Got to say Open world, the fact I have to hit a loading screen while my sim in an apartment wants to visit her next door neighbour is absolute bs to me, sorry I just can't handle the fact we went back to the Sims 2 loading screens. It wouldn't be a big deal but once you have open world you expect them to fix the lagging issue and make it better, not take steps back.
