Open Neighborhood Rather than Open World

Would liked open neighborhood too or divided residential and commercial lots, because honestly annoying to have to load every time you visit neighbors. Completely kill any neighborhood immersion of neighbors asking to join your pool party, or coming over to grill with you etc. Annoying you have to constantly invite or do events to do simple things.
