Open Neighborhood Rather than Open World

Open neighborhood vs Open World... both are great but it depends which the future could handle. Not everybody gets a new computer for every Sims game.
Loading time vs lag.
Despite all the good things about Sims 4, sometimes it feels terribly small. The neighbourhoods are filled up so quickly, not with families but with the bars and gyms you need to go to. Having just one of each limits your style. I'd rather have larger neighborhoods than more worlds, to be honest.
