Yes but if you look at the polls for that the actual number of folks that it matters for isn't that high in comparison on the forums at least and probably lower overall among folks that don't come to the forums (yes speculation). I've noticed not all but many of the folks complaining the loudest don't even buy these packs beyond the base or the first few. Heck some only played the demo. Why should they cater to people that can't be pleased with this game over those that buy most and enjoy the game and support their choices.
They have said it isn't the graphics (which I assumed was the case) but the aesthetics.. and the aesthetics are very important to me. I'm good with what they chose to do.
