Origin update broke keyboard zoom and 1st person view?

I disabled all mods just to make sure that had nothing to do with it, but prior to updating origin today, my game worked fine, and immediately after, I can't use the keyboard arrow keys to zoom in or ...

Have you tried a game repair and restart?

Also, try disabling the Origin overlay for The Sims 4. For me, it causes issues and this Origin updated did re-enable it.


How do you disable the Origin overlay, then?
