Out of curiosity, would you buy a new computer just to play The Sims?

The Sims isn't the only game I play, so dishing out for a new system just for the Sims is not going to happen.
If there was multiple games I had/wanted that needed a new system I would.(If I had the $ saved)
However, I tend to upgrade my pc anyways, because I use it for a lot of things aside from entertainment (i.e my work and school) because of this I have never needed to worry about my computer being upgraded for a sims game.
