Ok, here goes mine
Pros: it was implemented well (gameplay stays on lot type)
It adds some challenge without being frustrating
CAS and build/buy are nice, and can be used for other purposes
It mixes great with the other occult packs + spooky stuff
Can be switched on and off during play giving control to the player
Cons: I can see it being repetitive
A bit too cute not so much scary
Bonehilda could have been better (she’s just a sim in costume & doesn't help much)
The “scary” ghost is rather lackluster IMO
