Your ideas are fab if we had a decent size world to use it would be even better. I have been considering changing Windenburg into that sort of world possibly using a moody looking sky/water mod for the first time and sending (new) paranormal sims, my vamps and all my witches and warlords to live there :) And if it's possible have bonehilda doing all the NPC service jobs and employed in residential homes as the maid/butler. My only problem with the idea is I quite like Windenburg the way i have it currently designed as a sort of European style world as well but right now I am very tempted to change it :)
