I'm still on my sims break. Finally getting writing and other things done. But darnnit this pack just had to come out right now!! ?? I will buy it upon release but resist the temptation to touch it yet. Because once I do it's over lol. I know we haven't seen the trailer yet but based on the supposed description so far it actually sounds like a mini game pack. Like they combined a lot of popular things from happy haunts. Hopefully we see the missing stuff in a future pack. My biggest curiosity is just how creepy this is!!! I'm still hoping it's not too friendly? lol and that they patch in fear emotion.

Vampires had a good, solid creepy factor (of course, it got nerfed) which is one of the things that made it so great and I want more of that. Can't wait to see what we get in the update!

Looks fun enough for a stuff pack. I want to learn more about the new career. Also, I think those cute spirits can turn ugly, so that's nice.

Looks cool. I'm wondering how much of the paranormal activity I saw in the trailer appears the same in-game (or if it was just trailer 'magic').

For example: lights flickering, candles being snuffed out, sounds of a crying baby.

Didn't notice Bonehilda, shocked and hoping that's actually her.
Will probably just use the new CAS/Build Mode items and avoid the rest. Not my cup of tea with all the voodoo and Ouija board stuff.

To me, the paranormal investigations still remind me of the ghost hunter career a bit, hopefully more streams and such will detail more. It looks like they combined happy haunts with the new orleans render art they made a long while ago.

Wait - what? OMG Where does it say that? I'm still going over the trailer and trying to catch up with the info, haha. I noticed "fear" responses in the trailer, but they've done that several times before with animation tricks, so I just ignored it. I hope real fear is coming! It's possible they just put fear animations as reactions to the hauntings and Sims just get Tense, but I really, reallyl hope it's more than that.

As a normal, realistic player, this actually looks like something I would enjoy playing so I'm pretty excited for it. Even if I don't care for the paranormal game play after trying it, the BB/CAS looks pretty normal ( for the most part) and will fit into a lot of different style of homes. So, that's a plus for me. I was really expecting the BB to be much more along the lines of stereotypical "haunted house" furniture like all dreary, torn, and ratty furniture with sheets covering it. I did notice some awesome plants and I liked the overall gypsy, voodoo vibe of the pack. So yeah, this might be one of my favorite stuff packs yet!

yeah, the reactions I was seeing in the trailer were incredible and I really hope that's coming with the pack. This just looks great across the board. I like seeing the little floaty orb guys angry in the trailer. I'm glad they didn't pull punches with the creepy vibe. I can't wait.
