Yea, townies I'm at a loss. TBH if the frequency could just be toned down, I'd be good. Maybe even keep it off the public lots?

Could it be coded like gyms if you send your Sims to workout the townies show up, and then tend to be over all thinner and more active?
Idk...the kids from my active households come to the area and do it, but not as frequently as the townies. If they're responsibility is high they'll usually clean it up, but it doesn't help when the 5 townies I don't play make new messes as others clean.
