Start a date in your house then end it (click on the timer). Set the date again. Do it 25 times. Easy peasy.
I mean... You didn't really plan to wait for all 25 dates to end "naturally"?! Or to pay for 25... Weddings?! That's 25K simoleons!!!

Party animal is one of easiest aspirations.
On the other hand, some players hate aspirations. Dunno why but they don't know what they're missing. To me figuring them out is one of really fun parts of the game.
