So from my understanding the patch broke ceilings, character values UI, neighbourhood stories is causing siblings to romance, most glasses are deformed in CAS and sims are all being very mean to each other.

I remember two years ago when the new Wants & Fears system was so half-baked (for lack of a better term) that it led to Sims wanting to romance their siblings. You'd think they'd try very hard to prevent something like that from happening again...
