From what I read from multiple online sources, the longer loading times are specifically caused by memory boost.
Okay but this still doesn't explain why it varies between players. As I said, I have experienced faster loading times from the memory boost and my PC specs are well above the system requirements as well.
This is why I said that it is odd that some players are experiencing different results.
I believe the memory boast only really helped console players and those who played the game on older computers. Those are who had more issues with memory usage. The people I see having more issues as of right now, have higher spec PCs. So in an attempt to improve it, they made it worse on the high spec computers.
I guess I'm the odd one out in this case. My PC is high spec and the memory boost has really helped for me.
