Probably something with Microsoft Visual C++ libraries. After the update Origin said about updating Microsoft C++ or something like that and if I agree. Did you have that too?
You can also download Visual C++ packages from Microsoft official site and install them.
edit: I think ypu need this, 2015 version https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=48145
I did agree. Also starting Origin causes multiple errors now ...
