Patch September 26

Advice from SimGuruNick:
Don't forget to Copy/Paste your Saves folder to your desktop.
Cut/Paste your Mods folder to your desktop.

And for those not aware, @luthienrising's Broken/Updated Mods thread is moving to AHQ.
