People are aware that the new SP requires an EP?

I've been saying this all day but this should be a free pack... at least the C&Ds clothes because they are releasing stuff they should have released with the EP instead of shoving it in a SP that people who don't have C&Ds will pay for. Idk maybe it's just one costume but people that won't be able to use that one costume will be paying for it anyway... Imo it's a bit unfair (and I have all the packs so I'm not complaining because it affects me specifically)
