Perk: Squad?

Hello. I selected the "Squad" perk and checked everything and cannot find out how to make a squad or use it. Can anyone point me to a web page that talks about it? Even searching web I couldn't find any info on using Squad perk. Thanks in advance!

    There's like a "Summon Squad" or something like that on the phone. The first time you use it, it allows you to pick three people to be part of the Squad.
