Perplexed about a few small things in game today

What is the "Ask what happened" social? Often one Sim will mid-conversation or go over to another and "Ask what happened" Why are my Christmas trees broken? :'( No tree skirt and No presen...

I too would ask what happened if my christmas trees stopped working :disappointed:

okay just joking i've no idea haven't noticed that interaction without new pack tho
