1)Present is a bonus level. It's a chance to win 1,2 or 3 donuts when you max it out, since there is no level 31 yet. When there is that'll replace it.

2) Probably l 31, lol. Either that or a patch for a bug. No new content has been found yet, but it may be in preparation for an update tomorrow. No one really knows tbh

    The small update looks like it put back the old lamp post as an item. It's listed as "New" even though it isn't. When they updated with Squid Port, it disappeared likely as the new lamp posts may have replaced them. That's the only thing I noticed changed.

    Other possibility would be characters with outfits, they have plus and minus buttons to hide outfits. Could be me but I just noticed them.

    The cash and XP awards have been DRASTICALLY reduced also for character tasks.
