Plants not growing

I am having issues with plants not growing. I have visited Granite Falls and Sylvan Glade and the plants are not growing or are taking FOREVER!! Anyone know why this is happening?

I do have Seasons, however this seems to have started before I installed it. Like I can’t get a cherry or pear tree to grow.
