I really liked the sims 2 take on this. In that game we could actually build apartments. They could be on top of each other, next to each,... You just had to follow a few basic rules for them to work (apartment doors, only one entrance to an apartment and the correct lot zoning)
I would like to have a similar feature in sims 4 one day.
Especially row houses/terraced houses are missing. I see them every day in real life and would love to have them in my game. When I first saw the trailer of discover university I had hope but unfortunately the row houses in the town are just set dressing.
