Please Help - My game is unplayable because of scrolling

Please help me. I removed all mods and repaired the game, and it still won't work. When I click on a sim, it scrolls until the end of the screen and won't stop. Causing the game to be unplayable. ...

I think this is it. I installed a mouse, but the sims game still isn't working.
