Sim 1 has "Mentor for tips" self interaction unlocked from an aspiration perk. Then sim 1 chooses which skill to mentor, sim 2 or a group of sims can interact with sim 1 with "join lesson" everyone watching the lesson will gain skill at 50-100% increased rate but it deducts some money every time before the skill increase is given out. If sim 1 can't teach anymore (skill is less than or same as student) then the student will get a notification to either stay or leave. If they stay, they aren't getting any more skill (and thus not paying any money) if the mentor's needs get low he can have a notification to dismiss the class or take a recess. Could work.
