If I was forced to follow whims/wants/wishes to avoid Sim depression or some other nonsense, I'd have to mod it out or something. That kind of thing really ruins my gameplay. I agree with that but if I understand it correctly the TS2 system isn’t that rigid fortunately. There are more circumstances necessary to make it a problem and those circumstances I take it are very much player driven. And I do like it when I could drive my sim into depression if I’d want that. I think that might be why people praise the fears system (I’m not familiar with that feature as a player, when I played 2 those fears were just sitting there, me just avoiding them).
