ok so all of a sudden i cant sell my paintings on plopsy i have people wanting to buy them and it turns blue so when i click on the mailbox and click ship on plopsy and nothing happens in my sims que...

You could try clicking on the paintings instead of the mailbox. Open the sim's personal inventory and look for the paintings with the blue background.
