Police Uniform Station Wide Change

got a CC of radios or holsters on a gun belt and holster on shoulder.
is there a way just make those defalt uniform?
Was thinking doing sheriff (most around here tan or brown), RCMP or Metropolitan Police (London) with stab vests
or even cold weather gear used
