Strangerville is pretty great, but for me, my #1 is still Vampires. You can do so much with them!!
There's diversity, even in their abilities and weaknesses; not to mention what you can do with their appearance, how there's a dark form and that it's optional, you decide almost exactly what you want them to look like. Unlike in TS3, where their eyes and skin just glows, and TS2, where everyone is forced to have the same red eyes and pale skin. With TS4 vampires, there's... options.
It's just.. Really Good.
My only extra wishes for it would be:
Vampire hunters
Customizable bat form
Fully customizable dark form; like having them be able to look completely different; different weight, frame, gender, traits, anything. Like two sims in one. That would be neat.
The ability to lock your vampire rank to a specific level, for characterization purposes.
But otherwise it's pretty much perfect.
