I am currently still examining the trailer. it sure looks promising.
This room looks interesting.
- There seem to be posters of tarot cards throughout the trailer
- a new rocking chair by the fire place❤️
- a terrarium on the left table? Wouldn't it be great if we got more pets than just one crow. Though I think it is unlikely
- We seem to be getting two new swings

SimGuruNova said that there might be ravens too, which are a bit bigger than the crows, but probably not much different otherwise. Regarding the tarot card posters, I wonder if we will be able to frame the cards we find since they are a new collectible.
Seems like an entire neighbourhood is spooky and magical, not just the lake. I wonder if we will be able to live there.

I'm still busy with the trailer, too :) So many details to study, I still find new items for the first time. Right now from your top picture I see that the fireplace, bookcase/shelf and big clock seem to color match as a set. I like that!
The magical hood might be a tad too magical for my game, but I admit it looks beautiful and very interesting. I'll find a way even if I do not plan to start playing ghosts.
Would've been nice if we would've gotten a moon pool to become mermaids.
